The health and safety of our customers and employees is our priority. This is why we have put in place measures and facilities according to the recommendations of the National Institute of Health to promote compliance with health guidelines and social distancing.
We have reduced room occupancy by 50% to facilitate distance. In all dormitories, there is a minimum of 2 meters between the beds and only one guest per bunk bed. The rooms of more than 5 occupants have a vacancy of 24 hours before the arrival of new customers. All private rooms and dormitories are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest every day.
The priority of the Auberge Internationale de Québec is to provide you with a safe environment. We have strengthened our cleaning practices and are ensuring that all sensitive areas, such as doorknobs and common surfaces, are cleaned frequently and in accordance with public health guidelines. Our teams have received additional training on hygiene protocols and procedures and we continue to monitor news from the industry and public health measures and practices.
To protect customers and employees, handwashing stations are located at several locations in the hostel. It is now compulsory to wear a mask inside the hostel. We offer the possibility of obtaining one at the cost of $ 1 at the reception, if you forget to bring yours.
